People‟s Voice Media is a not for profit community development organisation that supports communities to have a voice.
We empower individuals and groups to tell their own stories and develop their own solutions. We work to increase the confidence of individuals, support learners to progress onto further education and training or employment and develop dialogue between communities and agencies to improve communities and public services. Our vision is to connect communities through the use of social media to support civil society and improve governance. We distribute content through websites, social networking sites, and other media. We work across the UK to develop community reporters and social media centres through our partnership programme which supports organisations and communities to develop these services. We are currently working with partners across the North West, North East, Yorkshire, South West, Norfolk, South Wales, London and the South of England.
